Shipping costs:
We deliver the ordered products to Germany an in different European Countries.

Most products are in stock and can be delivered after we received the payment within 10 days. In case a product may not be immediately available, you will receive a backlog note. The missing position will be delivered as soon as possible.
In some cases delivery times may be longer than planned. In such cases we ask for your patience and understanding.

The costs for the transport from Germany to another European country. Here is an example for the transport costs:

Germany to these EU countries (European Union) like France, Hungary, Italy, Sweden, Poland and other (check system). 

We charge
1-10kg = 9,90 Euro, 11-25kg = 17,95 Euro, 26-40 kg = 23,95 Euro, 41-50 kg = 28,95 Euro

We charge special prices for Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, Portugal and Romania:

We charge
0-15kg = 19 Euro, 16-30kg = 34,95 Euro, 31-50 kg = 45 Euro

We charge special prices for Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg:

0-15kg = 8,90 Euro and 16-30kg = 14,90 Euro

You can control the delivery costs and the weight before you confirm your order. They will be displayed at the confirmation order site.

After we have received your payment on our bank account we pack the order and deliver the ordered products to your home.

Delivery time:

Prices:
The prices are showed prices with VAT for customers in Germany or within the EU states.
We would like to emphasize that we have to reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices maybe change without notification from our supplier. But we will update our price list upon notification from supplier. In addition printing errors may occur in the price list.

Terms of payment:
Goods delivered by postal services after the payment has been done. We only deliver goods after a successfull payment.
We only accept bank transfer in advance or credit cards (paypal service), postal check order service.
Reservation of proprietary rights:
Unless completely paid, all goods delivered stay in our property.

German right:
The place of jurisdiction agreed for both parties is the relevant competent court in the Germany/Hanau

Right of Revocation:

With confirming the order by pressing the button "Confirm" you will have an contract with us,

On many articles, bought in our onlineshop, you have a right of revocation under §355 BGB of German law. This means, that You can revoke Your contract within 2 weeks. The revocation period starts with the receipt of this instruction as well as you have received the ordered goods. You can revoke Your contract by e-mail, fax, mail, or by returning the goods. A return within the 2 weeks revocation period is sufficient. After sending the revocation, the customer is commited to return the goods on danger of the shop-owner. The shippingcosts of the return up to an orderworth about 40 EUR have to be paid by the customer. If the amount of the order is more than 40 EUR the shippingcosts have to be paid by the shop-owner. Sendings outside Germany: The customer has to pay the shippingcosts. After the return within 2 weeks, we cancel the contract and we refund the payment. In case of revocation, it is necessary to contact us and inform us about the revocation. Please use the adress above. We will organize a pick up of the goods by delivery service. Other kinds of revocation-shipments will be not accepted.

You cannot revocate in the following cases:

• if you are not a private person (company)
• if the product was manufactured especially for you
• if the goods are not able to ship them back
• if the goods are foods
• CDs, Video-Tapes, DVDs and Software-Discs, if they are sealed
